Having started her career as a private chef, Swetha Newcomb has always been passionate about her craft and ingredients. Still, she always dreamed of opening a restaurant offering her inventive cooking to a larger audience. Swetha and her husband, Jesse Newcomb, opened Of Course to provide a path-breaking menu with Global cuisine and American influences.
